Is there a Transaction Fee?
Yes, just as with any other payment processing service. MosaicPay offers a low transaction fee of only 1.5%.
What e-wallet can customers use to scan?
They can use their GCash App, Maya App, or any e-wallet/banking app that accepts QRPH (ShopeePay, GrabPay, BPI, etc)
When will I receive the money paid by the customer?
Merchants will receive the payout (gross amount less transaction fee) in their PayMongo wallet after 1 day (T+1), as long as the payout is a minimum of P80.
Is there a minimum transaction amount to use MosaicPay QRPH?
Yes, the customers’ bill must be a minimum of P20 to settle via MosaicPay QRPH

How long is the approval process to get MosaicPay by Paymongo?
It will take up to 10 business days. But exact timing depends on the completeness of information and documents submitted.
How do I know if MosaicPay is available to be used on our Mosaic POS?
You will see a button marked as MosaicPay by QRPH on the Bills and Payment page when you attempt to settle the transaction.
